Hi, I'm Emily - the founder and lead planner behind Planned It.

After working in hospitality and events for most of my life, starting my own event and wedding planning business felt like the most natural next step. Creating seamless, well-run and meaningful celebrations isn't just my career - it's genuinely who I am.

Planning and coordination have always come naturally to me. From organising family holidays and milestone celebrations to managing logistics, budgets and timelines, ive always been the person making sure everything runs smoothly behind the scenes.

Planned It was created to bring that same structure, calm and attention to detail to weddings and events across Brisbane, Moreton Bay and South East Queensland.

My Approach

I believe your wedding day should feel calm, joyful and completely yours.

 

My role is to:

• Keep timelines flowing

• Coordinate suppliers professionally

• anticipate problems before they happen

• allow you and your family to be present

You shouldn't be answering vendor calls in your wedding dress. You shouldn't be setting chairs up on your big day. And you definitely shouldn't be feeling stressed.

Based in Moreton Bay and servicing Brisbane and surrounding South East Queensland regions, I work with couples planning weddings big and small - from intimate backyard celebrations to large-scale venue events.
