Is Extra Hands the same as on-the-day coordination?

No. Extra Hands focuses on physical setup and styling assistance. On-the-day coordination includes full timeline management, supplier communication and overall wedding day logistics.

If you need someone to manage vendors and run the schedule, our On the Day Coordination service may be a better fit.

Do you design the styling for us?

The Extra Hands package is for couples who have already organised their styling and décor. We execute your plan professionally and efficiently. If you require design and planning support, our Partial or Full Planning services may be more suitable.

How much time is included?

Setup time is discussed during booking based on venue access and the scope of work. We’ll ensure realistic timeframes are allocated to avoid unnecessary stress.

Do you travel outside Brisbane?

Yes — we service Brisbane, Moreton Bay and surrounding South East Queensland areas. Travel fees may apply depending on location.

​

Is this suitable for large weddings?

Yes — provided setup expectations and timeframes are realistic. For complex, large-scale weddings requiring full supplier management, On the Day Coordination may be recommended instead.
